My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms were well equipped with all the necessities, but the heatwave conditions made it challenging to sleep comfortably. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were instances of rudeness. The location was ideal, close to the beach and not far from Surfers Paradise. The dining options were convenient, especially being near a seafood buffet. However, there were some issues with the facilities given the heatwave conditions.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with convenient amenities but cleanliness can be improved. The staff provides welcoming service but lacks communication skills. The location is perfect for beach lovers but dining options are limited. Overall, good value for money.

I absolutely loved my stay at these apartments! The location is superb, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and the main tramline. The rooms were spacious, although not very clean when we first checked in. The service was fantastic, especially thanks to Michelle who organized new towels for our group of 6. The facilities were top-notch, offering car hire, grocery shopping service, laundry facilities, and tours/ticket assistance. The only downside was encountering a staff member who was very rude and disrespectful, lacking welcoming attitude and good communication skills.
